FAQ

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE EXPO?

University of Wollongong, Shoalhaven Campus, 2020 Expo cancelled. July 2021 - Date to be announced

HOW DOES THE EXPO WORK?

Exhibitors arrive early and set-up (anytime from 7:00 am - 9:00 am)

Students arrive on buses during the day (a timetable is available below closer to the day) and circulate around the campus to visit exhibitor stalls

 

Exhibitors are invited to engage with students and teachers to promote opportunities and provide information. The best way to engage students is to be as interactive as possible and provide giveaways and activities that are interesting and captivating. 

 

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS SUPPLIED FOR EXHIBITORS?

Tables and chairs are provided for all exhibitors. Limited numbers of display boards are available, so get in quick your requests for those. Access to power is also available on request. If you need a wall to put things on, please ask and bring blue tack with you. Just indicate your needs when registering and we will endeavour to meet all reasonable requests.

IS THERE PARKING?

Plenty of free parking available for all exhibitors on site. Exhibitors can pull up close to unload and load and then park in the available parking areas.

WHAT TIME CAN EXHIBITORS ARRIVE TO SET UP?

Exhibitors may arrive anytime between 7:00 am and 9:00 am to set-up. Someone will be on hand to direct you on the day.

WHERE IS MY STALL LOCATED IN THE EXPO?

We try to ensure all your requests are met. Stalls are located both inside and outside depending on your requirements. A campus map and exhibitor floor plan are available once registration closes.

IS THERE WIFI AVAILABLE?

Yes there is WiFi available. The access details will be provided via email.

IS THERE FOOD/REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE?

There is a Cafe on Campus available from 8:00 am. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments available all day. All exhibitors receive a complimentary lunch pack on the day.

WHICH SCHOOLS AND HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE ATTENDING?

Year 10 (and some Year 11 and 12) students from the following Shoalhaven high schools are attending. Numbers and times are available here closer to the date:
